(1) Product Type

There are three options available for product upsell:


1. Shopify Recommendation: This option provides product recommendations based on Shopify's algorithm, which uses data to determine valuable or relevant products for your customers.


   Note: Using this option, products will not display on the admin side; only a product skeleton will appear. You can see the products on the frontend, as Shopify recommendations work based on the items in the cart.


2. Specific Product: This option allows you to manually choose which products to display in your horizontal product upsell offer.


3. Abandoned Product: This option displays products that were previously added to the customer’s cart but were not purchased.


  Note: Using this option, products will not display on the admin side; only a product skeleton will appear. You can see which products will display at the store front, as we retrieve abandoned cart data from your store. If there is no abandoned cart data, this option will not display products on the storefront.

(2) Product Rows
In this field, you can set two or more product rows in the horizontal upsell, with a maximum limit of 10 rows.
(3) Discount type

There are three options available for horizontal product upsell discounts:


1. No Discount: This option does not provide any discount when the customer adds the product to the cart.


2. Percentage: This option applies a percentage discount that you set on the product when the customer adds it to the cart.


3. Fixed Amount: This option applies a fixed discount amount once when the customer adds the product to the cart.

After selecting "Percentage" as the discount type for the horizontal product upsell, you can specify the discount percentage that will be applied when the customer adds a product to the cart from the "horizontal upsell."
After selecting "Fixed Amount" as the discount type for the horizontal product upsell, you can specify the fixed amount that will be applied when the customer adds a product to the cart from the "horizontal upsell."
(4) Discount Code Name
In this field, you can change the name of the discount code that will be visible after the customer adds a product to the cart from the "horizontal upsell."
(5) Button Text
You can change the "Add" button text for horizontal upsell products according to your needs and language preference.
(6) Compare Price
Check or uncheck to enable or disable the "Compare Price" for horizontal product upsell. This checkbox allows you to control whether the horizontal upsell product displays the compare price.
After that, click the 'Save' button, and your changes will appear in your store.
