How to trigger product in Vertical upsell

Before you start customizing the Cart, here is the guide to open the Sale Max Settings page.

1. In the "Vertical Product Upsell"  Scroll slightly to "Offer Settings"
2. Click on "Product Type" drop down list and then select "Trigger Product"
3. Click on “Select Trigger”.

⚠️ Note: If no trigger is selected, you will see an error:
“Please select triggers, this field cannot be empty.”

• A popup titled “Configure Manual Upsells” will appear.
• Click on “Add New Upsell” to begin configuration.

• Specific Trigger → Select particular products
• All Products → Apply upsell to all products

1. Click Specific Trigger.
2. A product selection popup will open with tabs:
   •  Search by Product
   •  Search by Collection
   •  Search by Tag
3. Search and select desired products.
4. Save your selection.

• Click “Add Upsell Product”.
• Select products to recommend as upsells.

• The selected items will appear as “Multi Product Upsell”.

• Ensure both sections are filled:
• Trigger Product
• Upsell Product

• Click “Save” to confirm.
• Use the “X” icon to remove if needed.

• Open the cart.
• When a trigger product is added:
  • The upsell product will appear.
  • Customers can click “Add” to include it in their cart.
